ISM prices the semester, not the degree, and the passport premium is unusually small. The programme page publishes a four-row table for each side: EUR 3,450 a semester as the 'Standard semester price' for EU/EEA/EFTA citizens and Ukrainians, and EUR 3,675 for everyone else — with EUR 2,415 / EUR 2,573 for ISM's own graduates, EUR 2,933 / EUR 3,124 for employees of corporate sponsors, and '~1147' / '~1372' for holders of a Lithuanian state scholarship from the Education Exchanges Support Foundation.¹ The programme runs four semesters — its own structure block is headed 'Semesters 1 2 3 4', and the 2026 admission regulations record it as '2 years' and '120 ECTS' — so the degree costs EUR 13,800 or EUR 14,700 depending on your passport.¹ ³ That total is ours, derived from ISM's own semester rate and its own programme length: the school publishes no programme total anywhere, and attaches no academic year to either rate, which is why this profile dates the figures to the day they were read rather than to a cycle. A EUR 900 gap between the EU and non-EU price is the narrowest passport premium in this catalogue by some distance — compare the Swedish publics, where the EU student pays nothing and a non-EU student pays SEK 180,000 at Stockholm, or EDHEC, where the same seat costs EUR 44,700 or EUR 51,250. Two payments sit outside tuition: a EUR 100 application fee, and a EUR 500 place-reservation payment which 'will be credited toward the total tuition fee' and is non-refundable.² Foreign nationals admitted in early admission pay that EUR 500 by 31 May and one full semester's tuition in advance by 15 June; those admitted in the main or additional rounds pay a semester in advance within seven days of signing, refundable only 'in cases where the applicant's diploma is not recognised or a visa is not obtained'.³ Then the discounts, which are real money at this price point: up to 50% off 'for candidates with the highest competitive score', 75% for Latvian and Estonian citizens under the Baltic Talent scholarship, 75% for applicants 'actively developing their own business', 20% for citizens of Ukraine and Sakartvelo, 15% for a family member of an ISM student or alumnus, and a Lithuanian personal-income-tax relief worth 'up to 20%' of tuition paid.¹ Set the whole picture against what a MiM in Europe costs and the cost calculator.

Tuition for the ISM University of Management and Economics Master in Management is EUR 3,450 per semester for EU/EEA/EFTA citizens and Ukrainians, EUR 3,675 per semester for everyone else — four semesters, so EUR 13,800 and EUR 14,700 across the degree. ISM prices only the semester and publishes no programme total, and attaches no academic year to either rate (read at source 2026-09-07). Outside tuition: a EUR 100 application fee and a EUR 500 place-reservation payment credited to the first semester for the Two years full-time (120 ECTS, four semesters — one September intake a year) program.
