The hardest part of applying isn't the essays — it's deciding where to apply. This tool turns the full programme directory and our composite rankings into a focused starting list in seconds. It's a fast first pass, not a verdict: once you have a shortlist, our guide on how to build a balanced shortlist shows how to turn it into reach, match and safe schools.
About the shortlist builder
How does the shortlist builder work?
- You answer a few quick questions — budget, where in Europe you want to study, any specialisms, your stance on the GMAT/GRE, and what matters most — and the tool ranks our English-taught European MiM profiles against them. It uses only the sourced data on each programme's profile (fees, Financial Times rank, graduate salary, test requirements and specialism tags); it never invents figures. Think of it as a fast way to turn the full directory into a focused starting list, not a verdict.
Is the shortlist builder free?
- Yes, completely. The first few matches show immediately. To unlock your full ranked shortlist and have it emailed to you, you confirm your email — that also subscribes you to occasional honest notes on applying to a European MiM. You can unsubscribe anytime.
How should I use the shortlist it gives me?
- As a starting point, not a final answer. The tool is good at narrowing fifty-plus programmes down to a handful that fit your constraints, but the real decision turns on fit, post-study work rights and admission odds — things a ranking can't capture. Open each profile, then read our guide on how to build a balanced shortlist to turn the list into reach, match and safe schools.
Which programmes are included?
- Every English-taught Master in Management we profile — 62 European programmes at the moment, and growing. Non-MiM adjacent master's degrees are left out so the comparison stays like-for-like. All data comes from each school's own published sources, recorded on the programme's profile page.
