The Master in Management starts in September, and the deadline that applies to you is set by your nationality and your diploma rather than by the programme — UCLouvain publishes one university-wide calendar and the LSM programme page carries no dates at all. For the 2026-2027 cycle it reads: 31 March 2026 if you are a non-EU national who is not resident in Belgium and needs a visa; 13 September 2026 if you are an EU or visa-exempt national with an eligible foreign diploma, or a non-EU national already resident in Belgium who does not need a visa; and 30 September 2026 if you are an EU or visa-exempt national whose entry qualification is a Belgian diploma. The visa route therefore closes almost six months before the others, which is the single most important thing to know about applying here from outside Europe. UCLouvain names no faculty exceptions, so these are the master's dates; confirm the current cycle's row on UCLouvain's enrolment pages, as the calendar rolls forward each year.

How much does the Louvain Master in Management cost?
As a public Belgian university, UCLouvain charges regulated tuition. For 2026/27 the Wallonia-Brussels Federation reformed the minerval into an income-scaled scale — a standard full fee of about €1,194 a year (roughly €2,388 over the two-year master's), reduced to about €835, €374 or €0 for lower-income households and grant holders. Students from outside the EEA pay a €4,175 supplement on top of the base, bringing the total to about €5,369 a year. The reformed figures were still shown as pending final government approval when we re-read the page on 9 September 2026, so confirm the current amount on UCLouvain's enrolment pages. Two charges are excluded from all of those figures — a €200 application fee for non-EU applicants not assimilated to Belgian students, deducted from the enrolment fee if you are accepted and non-refundable otherwise, and additional costs for sports membership, which UCLouvain says scholarship holders still owe.
