Louvain School of Management (LSM), the business school of UCLouvain, has its Master [120] in Management ranked 74th worldwide in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2025.¹ ⁵ Based in Louvain-la-Neuve and taught largely in English, the two-year degree reports an FT weighted three-year salary of about US$89,576 — among the higher figures in its tier — at a public-university fee.¹

Curriculum & Structure

The two-year master’s pairs a management core with a wide choice of majors — spanning international business, finance, marketing, supply chain, people and innovation management — and embeds an internship and international mobility.¹ Much of the programme can be taken in English, and CEMS and double-degree tracks are available.

Application & Deadlines

The programme starts in September, with earlier deadlines for visa-needing applicants (around 31 March for non-EU students) and later ones for EU and Belgian candidates.³ Unusually for this group, a GMAT of at least 550 is required for holders of a non-Belgian bachelor’s degree, with exemptions for CEMS and partner-university graduates. Tuition & Funding

As a public Belgian university, UCLouvain charges regulated tuition. For 2026/27 the Wallonia-Brussels Federation reformed its minerval into an income-scaled scale: the standard full fee is about €1,194 a year (roughly €2,388 over the two-year master’s), reduced to about €835, €374 or €0 for lower-income households and recognised grant holders. Students from outside the EEA pay a €4,175 supplement on top of the base, bringing the total to about €5,369 a year.² The reformed amounts were pending final government approval when we last checked, so confirm the current figure for your situation on UCLouvain’s own enrolment pages — either way the headline tuition is a fraction of what private European business schools charge for an FT-ranked degree.
