Università Bocconi MiM Application Deadlines

MSc in International Management · Milan, Italy · FT #13

Verified against official sources · last checked September 2026 · see sources

Bocconi's rounds are application windows rather than single dates, and one calendar governs every MSc the university offers, International Management included. For a.y. 2027–28 there are four: Round 1 runs 1–29 October 2026, and Rounds 2, 3 and 4 close on 26 January, 11 March and 29 April 2027. Results follow roughly six to seven weeks after each closes — 17 December 2026, then 4 March, 13 April and 10 June 2027 — so an early file also gets an early answer, which matters if you are holding offers elsewhere. Bocconi states plainly that the most sought-after programmes and the majority of scholarships are more likely to be allocated in the earlier rounds; that is the strongest argument on this page against waiting. Compare the four against the rest of your list on our deadline tracker.

Università Bocconi runs 4 application rounds . Earlier rounds generally carry higher acceptance odds and earlier scholarship visibility.

INTERVIEW CHECKED 2026-09-03: "A recorded video interview is mandatory for all applicants", with "two minutes for each of the three questions", submitted through the Apply2B portal, and described as letting the Admissions Committee "assess candidates' communication skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal competencies". The general MSc admissions page (cited above, re-read the same day) confirms the standard route is unaffected: the video presentation there is "optional" for most programmes, these four "require the submission of a dedicated video presentation", and the only Bocconi programme it describes as requiring a video INTERVIEW outright is the MA in Global Law (GLOBE), which is not a management degree ↗ — Università Bocconi
  • Bocconi University — Language requirements for MSc/MA programs. ENGLISH EVIDENCE CHECKED 2026-09-05: the bar is CEFR B2, met by a 'university qualification (or secondary school diploma) awarded in English', a recognised certificate, or an 'English exam at B2 level (or higher) passed in a university course'; 'students who are nationals from a majority English-speaking country are automatically assumed to meet the minimum English Language requirement'. NEGATIVE RECORDED: no country restriction attaches to the qualification-awarded-in-English route. Proof is due at enrolment rather than selection — 'no later than June 30, 2027' — with C1 by 23 July 2027 for IM Global Experience, Finance Global Experience, IM CEMS MIM, the IM Asia Bocconi-ESSEC Double Degree and the IM Concentration DD ESSEC Luxury Management. P33f RE-READ 2026-09-12: read again for one question only — does submitting a test result BELOW the course requirement remove an exemption the applicant would otherwise hold, as Bath states ('you will not be exempt')? This page publishes NO rule either way. Recorded as a dated SILENCE on that question, never as permission: a page that says nothing has not promised to ignore a weak score. ↗ — Bocconi University
