Vlerick processes Masters in International Management and Strategy applications on a rolling basis from October for the following September intake, so earlier applications have the widest choice of seats and scholarships. Applicants who need a visa to study in Belgium must apply by the non-EU cut-off — 30 April for the September 2026 intake. Specific dates for the September 2027 intake are not published yet.
Exact dates for the upcoming intake are confirmed against the school's official admissions page as they are published. See every European school's confirmed rounds side by side on our interactive deadlines timeline.
Frequently asked questions
When are the Vlerick MIMS application deadlines?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from October for the following September intake. If you need a visa to study in Belgium, the non-EU deadline is 30 April for the September 2026 intake. Dates for the September 2027 intake are not published yet, and because scholarships and seats fill across the cycle, applying early is an advantage.
Do you need a GMAT for the Vlerick MIMS?
No — Vlerick is test-flexible. Applicants must submit a score from one of three tests: GMAT (minimum 555), GRE (minimum 157V/158Q), or Vlerick's own free online analytical admissions test. This makes the GMAT entirely optional — applicants who prefer not to sit an external exam can use the in-house test instead. A GMAT Focus score of 655+ strengthens scholarship applications.
