Selection is based on a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 180 ECTS), English proficiency, and supporting documents: a CV, a photo, a transcript of records, and an optional reference letter. What is easy to miss when a school says there is no test is that the IMB still has a live assessment step — the published procedure runs registration, then "STEP 3: ZOOM interview", where "we will invite prospective students for a ZOOM interview with the programme director" and "Particular attention will be paid to your motivation, communication skills, social skills, and international orientation". Prepare for that conversation rather than for an exam. There is no class-average GMAT because the test is not part of the process.
