- University of Amsterdam — Exemptions to English language proficiency requirement, MSc Business Administration (the programme's OWN exemptions page, not a central one). ENGLISH EVIDENCE CHECKED 2026-09-06 (P33c, Dutch leg), and this is the most explicitly closed rule the Dutch leg found. Verbatim, all three routes and the closure: 'In some cases, you might be exempted from the English language proficiency test requirement: You obtained your previous education in one of the following countries: the Netherlands, Australia, Canada (with the exception of Quebec), Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States of America. This only applies to these countries, no other exemptions are made. You have an English proficiency test older than 2 years and you have attended an exchange programme of at least 6 months in one of the above mentioned countries. You have an English proficiency test older than 2 years, and you have obtained an academic degree that was completely in English. You need submit a proof of the language of instruction of your academic degree. If the language of instruction is not mentioned on the transcript or diploma, submit a certified letter from your higher education institute, stating that the curriculum is completely taught in English.' Recorded because it is the trap and it is easy to misread: the medium-of-instruction route is NOT a standalone waiver — on the page as written it only revives an English test that has aged past two years. An applicant with an English-medium Indian, Pakistani, Nigerian, Ghanaian, Kenyan or Bangladeshi degree and no test at all reaches no exemption here, and 'no other exemptions are made' forecloses arguing it. Read via browser-UA curl. NEGATIVE RECORDED: the page states no test thresholds; the profile's IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 92 stand on the admission-requirements source above ↗ — University of Amsterdam
