At master's level Radboud does not run a test-waiver country list in the usual sense — it lists diplomas that themselves demonstrate proficiency. Verbatim, 'For all programmes (excluding the Faculty of Law): A Bachelor's diploma from a Dutch research university (WO). A Bachelor's diploma from a research university in Australia, Canada (excluding Québec), Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America.' Then, and this is the clause that matters for this programme: 'Additional diploma accepted by the Nijmegen School of Management: An English-taught Bachelor's diploma from an institution from an EU/EEA country.' So NSM widens the rule to the whole EU/EEA on a language-of-instruction test — and to nowhere else. India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Bangladesh reach no route.
