ESMT does not require a GMAT or GRE for the Master in Global Management. A strong quantitative record — competitive grades in quantitative coursework, or a STEM degree — can waive the test, and applicants may instead sit ESMT's own online Business Admissions Test. Where a score is submitted, ESMT advises that a GMAT below 600 (or a GRE below 304) is not competitive, and it does not publish a class average.
ESMT Berlin does not publish a GMAT range.

Most European MiM programs, including this one, accept the GRE and often the GMAT Focus Edition or a school-specific test as alternatives, and weigh the whole application — academics, internships, essays, and interview — rather than the score alone.
