International Master in Management

EADA Business School’s International Master in Management placed 36th worldwide in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2025.³ Taught in English in central Barcelona, the full-time programme reports that 97% of participants find work within three months of finishing and an FT weighted three-year salary of about US$79,757.¹ ⁵

Overview

EADA is a privately funded Barcelona business school founded in 1957, with a campus in the city centre and a residential training centre outside it.¹ Its International Master in Management is accredited by EQUIS and AMBA — two of the three international crowns; EADA is an AACSB member rather than AACSB-accredited, so it is not a full triple-crown school.⁴ For a wider view of whether the credential fits your goals, see our guide on whether a MiM is worth it in 2026.

Curriculum & Structure

The programme is built around applied, team-based learning, and as of the current cycle EADA lists five double specialisations: Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Strategic Consulting & Business Innovation, Digital Business & Analytics, Strategy & Business Analytics and Sports Management.¹ An optional fourth term adds an internship or an exchange at one of 30+ partner schools, with EADA covering the host school’s academic tuition.¹ Class sections are small and draw more than thirty nationalities, giving the cohort a strongly international character for a one-year format.

One naming note, because it causes real confusion when you compare pages: EADA uses two names for this degree. Its own programme page is titled Master in Management and opens by calling it the Master in International Management; this profile keeps International Master in Management, the name under which it appears in the FT table.¹ ³

Application & Deadlines

EADA admits twice a year, and the two intakes are different lengths: the October start runs ten months and the January start thirteen, not the nine this profile previously said.¹ The next two start dates listed are 5 October 2026 and 12 January 2027.¹ Admission is assessed on a rolling basis rather than against published application deadlines, so the dated ladder EADA publishes is the scholarship one — 15 September, 15 October, 15 November and 15 December 2026 for the January 2027 intake, and 20 January, 20 February and 20 March 2027 followed by 20 April, 20 May and 20 June 2027 “subject to availability” for the October 2027 intake.² Because a scholarship application must be submitted together with the programme application, missing an admission round costs you the funding round with it.

No GMAT is required. EADA runs its own Online Admission Test, waived in full by TOEFL iBT 100 (or 5 on the scale used from 21 January 2026), IELTS above 7, Cambridge Advanced or Proficiency, Duolingo above 130, or a bachelor’s taught entirely in English; a GMAT, GMAT Focus, GRE or CFA level waives the verbal section only.⁶ Among applicants who do submit a score, EADA reports a class average of 650 GMAT and 595 GMAT Focus (71.5th percentile).⁶ The file is otherwise a degree copy, transcripts, one letter of recommendation, a CV, ID and a €50 application fee.⁶ International candidates should apply early for visa processing; see how to build a MiM profile.

Tuition & Funding

Tuition is €28,000 for the full-time programme, the same for all nationalities — re-read at source on 1 September 2026 and unchanged from the June reading.² The fee covers the academic programme and company visits, materials, both campuses and the transfer between them, the library, EADA Careers, the academic programme during an EADA exchange (“excluding a small admin. fee”) and the International Business Immersion Programme, with flights and accommodation on that immersion excluded.²

EADA runs an unusually broad merit-scholarship scheme — for excellence, entrepreneurship, women in STEM or finance, and others — but the headline range needs a correction this profile previously carried: most awards cover 10% to 25% of tuition, and only the Scholarship for Excellence reaches 35%.² They are open to candidates aged 21 to 25; you may apply for at most two and receive one; awards and discounts do not stack; and accepting one commits you to enrolling within 10 working days and to taking part in an academic or administrative project during the year.²
