Overview

NEOMA was formed in 2013 from the merger of Reims Management School and Rouen Business School, and is one of France’s larger Grande École business schools.⁴ Its Master in Management (Programme Grande École) is triple-crown accredited — AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA — a status held by only a small share of business schools worldwide.⁴ For a wider view of whether the credential fits your goals, see our guide on whether a MiM is worth it in 2026.

Curriculum & Structure

The multi-year programme combines a management core with a chosen major and extensive international mobility.¹ Specialisations span international business and management, finance — including CFA- and FRM-aligned expertise tracks — and entrepreneurship, and second-year students can choose a NEOMA MSc or one of an unusually wide set of international double degrees with partner universities.¹ English-track delivery makes the cohort genuinely cross-border.

Application & Deadlines

The Master in Management admits for both a September and a January start, on a rolling basis rather than fixed competitive rounds.¹ No GMAT is required — a GMAT or GRE is merely recommended for the English track, and the TAGE MAGE for the French track.³ International applicants should apply early for visa processing; see how to build a MiM profile.

Tuition & Funding

Tuition is €36,000 for the full Grande École programme — the same for all nationalities — plus a roughly €500 annual administrative fee and a €100 application fee.³ NEOMA awards merit scholarships that cover part of the fee for strong candidates, so the all-in cost for an FT-top-30, triple-crown Grande École is mid-range by French standards.

Career Outcomes

The Financial Times 2025 weighted three-year salary is about US$80,910, measured three years after graduation.⁵ NEOMA reports its own outcomes on a different basis — employment within six months and under a month on average to a first role — which is not directly comparable to the FT three-month figure.¹ For early-career context, see our career learnings from a MiM.

Campus & Reputation

NEOMA’s home cities of Reims and Rouen sit within easy reach of Paris, and the school’s scale, triple-crown standing and deep corporate network make the Master in Management a well-recognised route into French and international management careers.⁴ For how a MiM compares with an MBA, see our piece on MiM versus MBA.
